My Home Search is YOUR guide to easily finding YOUR dream home. This FAQ page includes information of how its expanded features work. My Home Seach was launched on February 21, 2007. It replaces what was formerly known as "My Neighborhood", which is no longer available. We hope you find the advancements as exciting as we do!

Logging in can be done from the My Home Search bar at the top of every page or from the login page. Enter the username and password, then click the login button to access the account. If it is your first time using My Home Search then please click here to register.

When logged in and on any My Home Search page, just click on "Edit Profile" at the top of the page. From the profile page all information can be updated.

On the listing details click on the "Save This Listing" icon located at the top of the page. The icon is represented by a floppy disk image. When clicked, the listing will automatically be saved to your My Home Search - Saved Listings.

1. "SAVED LISTING" TAB: This blue bar will differentiate "Saved Listings" from others returned on a search.
2. "LAST UPDATE": This displays the date when the listing was last updated. Red text will indicate the listing was last updated since it was last view.
3. "LAST VIEWED": This displays the last time and number of times you have viewed your listing.

To delete a saved listing, click on the saved listing to be deleted. A list of saved listings can be found in the saved listings section of My Home Search. From the detail page click on the "Delete This Listing" icon. The listing will then be deleted.

To save a search perform a home search from either the home or find a home page. Click on the "Save This Listing" icon located above the search results. The icon is represented by a floppy disk image. When clicked, the search will automatically be saved to your My Home Search - Saved Searches.

1. TITLE: The default "Title" of your search is the location and date/time initially saved.
2. EDIT TITLE ICON: Click on the pencil to rename your search. An editable box will display where you can type in your desired title and clicking on the pencil again will save the new name.
3. "EDIT SEARCH": Click here to change the parameters of your search. More info...
4. "X" ICON: Click here to delete your saved search. More info...
5. "TOTAL LISTING COUNT": This displays the number of matching listings and links to your search results.
6. "NEW LISTING COUNT": This displays the number of listings that were added to your search, since the last view.
7. "UPDATED LISTING COUNT": This displays the number of listings that were updated in your search, since the last view.
8. SEARCH CRITERIA: The items in this section display the parameters of your saved search.
9. "LAST VIEWED ON": This displays the time/date your saved search was last viewed.
10. "CREATED": This displays the time/date the saved search was originally created.
11. EMAIL DROP-DOWN MENU: Click here to choose how often you want to recieve email notifications. More info...
12. EMAIL "EXPIRES": This displays the end date of email notifications. More info...
13. EDIT EXPIRATION ICON: Click on the pencil to change your expire date. More info...

Changing a search can be done through My Home or the saved searches section of My Home Search. Click on "EDIT SEARCH" which appears in the top right of each saved search. From here change the criteria, run a new search, and click on the Resave Search icon which will appear in the same location as the original "Save This Search" icon.

To delete a saved search click on the red "X" in the top right corner of the saved search.

At the bottom of each saved search box is a dropdown menu containing the automatic email options. Choose the preferred frequency of the emails to start receiving new and updated listings by email.

After signing up for email notifications, they will expire 3 months from that date. You can adjust when they expire by clicking on the pencil icon beside the date. Choosing "NEVER" from the dropdown menu will discontinue any future emails.
